Özet
The issue of bank performance evaluation requires a model that enables us to analyze various factors, which are qualitative and quantitative by nature, with a system approach. The objective of this study is to establish a multiple objective and multiple criteria decision making model in which financial and no financial criteria are used together and to suggest a model to be used in performance evaluation and in the selection of the most appropriate bank.
