Özet

In this paper a new CMOS high performance dual-output realization of the third generation current conveyor (CCIII) is presented. The proposed CCIII provides good linearity, high output impedance at terminals Z+ and Z-, and excellent output-input current gain accuracy. Also a new topology for realizing a first order trans-admittance mode all-pass filter using single CCIII is proposed. SPICE simulation results using a Mietec 1.2 mum CMOS process model (Alcatel Mietec Co., Paris, France) are included to verify the theory.
