Abstract

Çalışmanın konusu, tıbbi müdahale sözleşmesinin hukuki niteliği ve buna dayalı olarak bu sözleşmenin nasıl sona ereceğidir. Bu bağlamda tıbbi müdahale sözleşmesinin hukuki niteliği incelenmiş, sona ermesi halinde meydana gelebilecek durumlar ve istisna haller değerlendirilmiş ve sona ermenin sözleşmeden doğan borçlar üzerine etkileri de ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiştir.The subject of the study is the legal nature of medical intervention contract and based on such legal nature the question how medical inter- vention contract terminates. In this context, legal characteristic of medical intervention contract was examined, the issues that might occur in case the contract terminate and exceptional situations were evaluated and effects of the termination of the contract on contractual liabilities were also exam- ined in detail.
