Özet

A new configuration for the realization of current-mode single differential voltage current conveyor (DVCC)-based filters with high output impedance is presented. It can synthesise lowpass, bandpass and highpass filtering functions with a single DVCC connected to five passive RC one-port elements. However in all of the proposed filters only four of these passive elements are used. The pole angular frequency omega(o) of the proposed filters can be adjusted without disturbing the parameter omega(o)/Q. No component matching is required and all the sensitivities are low. SPICE simulation results are given to confirm the theoretical analysis.
