YAPAY ZEKÂYA KARŞI DURMAK İÇİN SAYBORGLAŞMA VE BUNUN BİR BOŞANMA NEDENİ OLUP OLMAYACAĞI ÜZERİNE DÜŞÜNCELER

Abstract

Gelecekte yapay zekayla mücadele edebilmenin bir yolu olarak insanın yapay zekâ ile birleşerek yarı robot- yarı insan haline gelmesi söz konusu olabilecektir. Şüphesiz bu öngörünün gerçekleşmesi durumunda çözüme kavuşturulması gereken birçok problem yaşanacaktır. Yarı robot-yarı insan bu varlığın ayrı bir tür olarak kabul edilmesi sonucunda hukuki statüsünün ne olacağı sorusuna cevap aranacaktır. Ancak bu gelişmenin Aile Hukuku alanında da etkisi olacağı çok açıktır. Mesela eş- lerden birinin sayborg haline gelmesi mevcut evlilikleri etkileyecek ve belki de diğer eşin boşanmak istemesine sebep olabilecektir. Nitekim cinsiyet değişikliğinin evlilik üzerinde etkisi olması gibi tür değişikliği anlamına gelebilecek bir değişikliğin de evlilik üzerinde etkisi olacaktır.In the future, as a way of combating artificial intelligence, it may be possible that human beings combine with artificial intelligence to end of with being a half-robot and half-human. Beyond any doubt, in case this prediction is realized, there will be many problems to be solved. Upon this half robot half human entity being considered as a separate species, the answer to the question as to what the legal status of it will be sought. However, it is also clear that this development will have an impact on Family Law. For example, either spouse becoming a cyborg will affect existing marriages and perhaps cause the other spouse to want a divorce, too. As a matter of fact, a change that may mean a change ofspecies will have an effect on the marriage as gender change has an effect on the marriage.
