Üç aşamalı tedarik zincirinin kontrat yöntemi ile modellenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, tedarik zincirindeki tedarikçi, üretici ve perakendeciyi koordine etmeyi amaçlayan bir çalışmadır. Üç farklı senaryoda bu tedarik zinciri incelenmiştir: Birinci durumda, her biri bir tedarikçi, bir üretici ve bir perakendeci olarak bulunan üç aşamalı bir yapı ele alınmıştır. İkinci durumda, bir tedarikçi, bir üretici ve N adet perakendeci yer almaktadır. Üçüncü durumda ise bir tedarikçi, bir üretici ve N adet perakendeci rekabet halindedir. Her üç durumda da perakendecinin sipariş miktarının, üreticiye ve tedarikçiye doğru aksama katsayıları göz önünde bulundurularak incelenmiştir. Bu modellerde fiyat-talep ilişkisi deterministik ve bilinmektedir, ayrıca sistem bilgisinin kusursuz olduğu varsayılmıştır. Stackelberg oyunu çerçevesinde tedarik zinciri ele alınmıştır, bu da tedarikçinin lider, üreticinin ve perakendecilerin takipçi rolünü üstlendiği bir yapıyı ifade eder. Çözüm süreci geriye dönük tümevarım yöntemi kullanılarak perakendeci, üretici ve tedarikçi sırasıyla ele alınarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu yöntem, her bir aşamada optimal stratejileri belirleyerek tedarik zinciri içindeki aktörlerin rollerini ve etkileşimlerini anlama amacına hizmet etmiştir. Çalışmada, üretici malzemeleri tedarikçiden alarak üretim yaparken, perakendeciler ise bu ürünleri açık terminal pazarında satmaktadır. Farklı piyasa ölçeklerine sahip perakendecilerin rekabeti, çalışmanın karmaşıklığını artırmaktadır. Gelir paylaşımı sözleşmesi, elde edilen gelirin payını ve toptan satış fiyatını içermekte olup, tedarik zincirinin bütün oyuncuları için Pareto optimaldir.

This study aims to coordinate the supplier, producer, and retailer in the supply chain. The supply chain is examined in three different scenarios: In the first case, a three-stage structure is considered with each stage consisting of a supplier, a producer, and a retailer. In the second case, there is one supplier, one producer, and N retailers. In the third case, there is competition among one supplier, one producer, and N retailers. In all three cases, the retailer's order quantity is examined, taking into account the coefficients of attenuation towards the producer and supplier. The models assume a deterministic price-demand relationship, and it is assumed that the system information is flawless. The supply chain is considered within the framework of the Stackelberg game, indicating a structure where the supplier takes the lead, and the producer and retailers take on the follower roles. The solution process is carried out by using the backward induction method, sequentially addressing the retailer, producer, and supplier. This method serves the purpose of understanding the roles and interactions of actors in the supply chain by determining optimal strategies at each stage. In the study, the producer acquires materials from the supplier for production, and retailers sell these products in an open terminal market. The competition among retailers with different market scales adds complexity to the study. The revenue-sharing contract includes the share of obtained revenue and wholesale price, making it Pareto optimal for all players in the supply chain.
