| dc.description.abstract | This chapter suggests a new systematic approach to analyze the barriers and drivers of energy service contracting. In order to identify the key barriers, the proposed approach examines both direct and indirect causal relationships among barriers and allows a systematic analysis of the actors' roles in influencing the market's development.
