In this work, the semileptonic decays of the scalar charmonium state X-c0 and the pseudo scalar charmonia states eta(c)(1s) and eta(c)(2s) into D-s and D mesons are analyzed. The form factors of the transitions X-c0 -> D-s(D)l nu and eta(c)(1s, 2s) -> D-s(D)l nu are calculated within the framework of the three-point QCD sum rules. The results of the form factors are used to estimate the decay widths of the charmonia states into D-s(D)e (nu) over bar (e) and D-s(D)mu(mu) over bar (mu).
