This paper introduces a simple Matlab package based on the BSEVI3 model of the MOS transistor. It is used for the calculation of the transistor's dimensions of any analog circuit designed with BSIM3 parameters. The package is user friendly, offers accuracy in calculations and effectively reduces the design time.
