A village house energy system is discussed. Power requirements and daily energy consumption of a medium-size, one-floor house, with typical household appliances, are given. Block diagrams of a solar-energy system, a wind-power system, a hydroelectric-power system, and a fuel-oil power system are presented.

Measurement of the total cross section from elastic scattering in pp collisions at root s=7 TeV with the ATLAS detector A measurement of the total pp cross section at the LHC at root s = 7 TeV is presented. In a special run with high-beta* beam optics, an integrated luminosity of 80 mu b(-1) was accumulated in order to measure the differential ...
We show that the introduction of a hyperbolic phase of the Brans-Dicke (BD) field results in a flat vacuum cosmological solution of the Hubble parameter H and a fractional rate of change of the BD scalar field F, which ...
Lewoc, Jozef Bohdan; Izworski, Antoni; Skowronski, Slawomir Feliks; Kieleczawa, Antonina; Dimirovski, Georgi M. (2009)The problem of the data acquisition/control system topology for distributed control systems in big power plants and/or power distribution centres is usually solved in a rather arbitrary way. The paper presents some reasonable ...
